WillTrip does not own or operate airlines, hotels, transport services, or activity providers. We act as a facilitator between travellers and service providers.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Prices shared are valid only for the specified period and may change due to availability, currency fluctuations, or supplier policies.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from WillTrip.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are communicated clearly before payment.
- Payments must be made only to the official bank account of WillTrip Private Limited.
- WillTrip does not accept payments into personal accounts.
- Payment schedules and instalments (if any) will be shared in writing.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation or revision of bookings.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on airlines, hotels, transport providers, and service partners.
- WillTrip will communicate applicable cancellation charges clearly at the time of booking.
- Service fees, convenience fees, or planning charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after we receive the refunded amount from the supplier.

6. Changes & Amendments
- Any changes requested after booking confirmation may incur additional charges.
- Prices may change due to availability, peak season surcharges, or supplier policies.
- WillTrip is not responsible for cost changes arising from delays in traveller confirmation or payment.
7. Travel Documents & Responsibility
- Travellers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and required documents.
- WillTrip may provide guidance, but the final responsibility rests with the traveller.
- WillTrip is not liable for denial of boarding, entry, or transit due to incorrect or incomplete documents.
8. Health, Safety & Travel Risks
- Travel involves inherent risks, including weather conditions, health issues, political situations, or operational disruptions.
- WillTrip is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, accidents, loss, or damages during travel.
- Travellers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
9. Limitation of Liability
WillTrip shall not be held liable for:
- Acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, transport providers, or third-party suppliers
- Delays, cancellations, strikes, weather conditions, or force majeure events
- Loss of personal belongings, documents, or valuables
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fees paid directly to WillTrip.
10. Force Majeure
WillTrip shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- War, strikes, or civil unrest
